A Special Salvation (Part 1)

For it is for this we labor and strive, because we have fixed our hope on the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of believers. (1 Timothy 4:10)
Beloved, the real Good News Gospel is that Christ died for the sins of the world, was buried, and then was raised on the third day. Forgiveness of sin is achieved BY GOD in the giving up of His Son in death for us ALL. Salvation itself is not achieved by us in our believing, but rather, believing is simply the channel through which God starts the process in which He grants to us what has already been gained for us all at Calvary. Are you with me?
When we read in 1 Timothy 4:10 that God is the Saviour of all mankind, the whole theory of eternal damnation is pretty much shattered, for in there is revealed that Jesus Christ has already paid the price for every sinning individual that has ever lived or will ever live. Each individual must eventually come to the place where they actually believe on the Saviour though, for this is the only way for the kingdom that is "within man" to be activated (remember that is was to the unbelieving Pharisees that Jesus said, "The Kingdom of God is within you").
I hope that you can see in this that the current "believers salvation" is a very "special" one indeed, but it is not an exclusive one, as ALL OF MANKIND will someday "believe" in the Lord Jesus Christ(there will be no "unbelievers" at the Great White Throne Judgment. I can assure you that. All will surely know then that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father!).
Beloved, many changes must come to the body of Christ in regard to their understanding of salvation, of future judgment, and of the glory of God, and these will not come easy to those who all their lives have been spoon fed the erroneous traditions of men. In gaining appreciation of the God who is the Savior of all mankind though, the overall Christian salvation experience will be greatly enhanced, for the surpassing riches of God's grace in His kindness toward all men will be greatly expressed through those who understand the true gospel of God's love and grace.
Dear friends, the above quoted scripture verse from the book of 1 Timothy reveals quite explicitly that there is a breadth and length and height and depth to the riches of God's love and grace that are not revealed in most of today's "Christian" teachings about salvation. Because of that, my prayer for us is that we all might soon come to know the love that the Father has for ALL of His creation, and that, so that we might better be able to not only love God with all of our hearts, but so that we'll be able to love our neighbors (which is all of mankind) with all of our hearts, too.
To God be the glory in His church, and in Christ Jesus to ALL generations, forever and ever.
Amen.

Special Salvation (part 2)

For it is for this we labor and strive, because we have fixed our hope on the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of believers. (1 Timothy 4:10)
I want to add just briefly here that the word "especially" is translated from the Greek word malista, which means "in the greatest degree or particularly" (Strong's Greek Dictionary p. 155). It is translated "specially," "especially," "chiefly" and "most of all." In every single usage of this word in the New Testament it is used in relation to others who are not excluded, but rather, included in the very same subject. In this case, the subject is salvation. Salvation, by the way, is not to be "saved from hell to go to heaven," but is to be saved from SELF, to then be fully conformed into the image of Christ (in spirit, soul, and body).
The truth in all of this is that God will surely save all men; some through the fiery judgment that is on the Lord's House right NOW (and has been there from the time of the early Apostles, and will be there until the resurrection of the dead), and another later judgment by fire at the Great White Throne. All of humanity will be judged in one of these two judgments by (spiritual) fire. Daniel saw these judgments as "a river of fire" which flowed from God's Throne (Dan 7), and John then saw this fiery process as "a Lake" into which the fiery river flowed and then culminated (Rev 20).
Now I know that most all of you on this list already know by now that what I share here is true, and you know this because God has revealed this to you. But for those who do not yet embrace (with your whole heart - the core and control center of your being) what I share here as truth, let me assure you that God's fire is NOT a literal fire, and it is NOT for the purpose of endlessly torturing and tormenting anyone! No, such a horrific and blasphemous teaching crept into the Lord's church in the third and forth century AD through some mistranslations of the Greek into Latin (the Latin Vulgate). I can assure you, beloved, our merciful and graceful loving God and Father does not eternally torture humanity IN fire, but rather, He eternally SAVES humanity BY fire; some "especially" saved by having a part in the first part of this process whereby they can then by used by God in the ministering of Christ's love and compassion to others. Can you not see in this why Jesus at one point said that He longed for this "fire" to be kindled? Do you think that He could possibly have been looking forward to barbecuing masses of His beloved creatures for all eternity? Come on now.
Now I could quote a whole bunch of scripture verses here to support what have said ... but I won't. I will quote one last verse though, something that clearly shows that the end result of God's fiery judgments is not eternal torture and torment for masses of humanity ... but rather, is the salvation of all men, and that to the praise, honor, and glory of Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb ...
"And every created thing which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all things in them (this includes all people who have ever lived, beloved), I heard saying, "To Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, be blessing and honor and glory and dominion ... forever and ever."
Amen
