A Call to War!

The Lord is calling His church to endurance in the coming days ... not an escape rapture. Satan desires to confuse the church on this issue, and is doing a fine job in many cases, but the elect of God, those through whom the glory of God will be greatly manifested in the coming days, they will not be deceived, for they are destined to crush Satan underfoot (Romans 16:20) -- all the while being conformed into the likeness and image of the Son in the process.

Beloved, even as a woman in travail about to give birth, we must be able to look beyond all of our pain and suffering in the coming days to the joy that is set before us (even as Jesus looked to the joy beyond the cross). The glory of a restored creation lies ahead of us, but that will not come forth without first the great travail, pain, and suffering of the "manchild" birthing process.

Most people in the church have not much vision for this, and therefore many of them will be caught unawares and unprepared in the day that is just ahead. But we are not those to be caught unawares, but are those who are gaining vision for the coming days, vision that is given to those who cooperate with the Holy Spirit in the process of the renewing of their minds and the aligning of their hearts with God's eternal purposes in Christ.

Dear ones, God desires for the wisdom of the cross to be fully demonstrated through His church in the coming days -- demonstrated even to powers and principalities and spiritual wickedness in high places. What I'm saying here, friends, is that God has elected to use US in the full working out of Satan's defeat -- what will be the epitome of overcoming evil with good.

It is true that Satan was legally defeated by Jesus Christ on Calvary, but God's divine plan is that Satan's defeat must be fully worked out here on earth THROUGH a redeemed people who walk in Christ's power, His authority, and His love.

There is surely a trumpet being sounded in the spirit today, friends. But that trumpet is not signaling for us a retreat or an "escape rapture" ... it's a call to war!

To him that has an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying ... let him hear the Spirit in this ...
